For Indian businesses & their CAs

Money leaves your books
without anyone noticing.

One of your suppliers forgets to file their GST return, and the credit you were counting on never reaches you. Or a bill gets paid twice, once by the office and once from the site. Both look perfectly normal in the ledger.

AcctQAI reads your books and tells you where this is happening, with the invoices to prove it. Free to check. No card needed.

ABC Industries

Why: Vendor hasn't filed GSTR-1, so this credit will be reversed.

Do this: Hold payment and send a filing reminder today.

For Chartered Accountants

One pass across your entire client book.

You are running the same reconciliation for every client, by hand, in the same two weeks of the month. AcctQAI does that checking for you and gives you a list per client of what needs fixing and what is worth billing for.

  • No setup per client

Point AcctQAI at each client's Tally or ERP export and it runs the same checks immediately, with nothing to configure client by client.

  • Catch it before the auditor does

Blocked ITC, duplicate payments, ineligible credit: flagged with the evidence, so you're never the one who missed it.

  • Turn month-end into billable value

Hand each client a health check that finds real money. What was unbillable review becomes a service you charge for.

  • Their data stays protected

Every client's names, references and amounts are masked before anything is processed, and never shown to any AI model.

Every client book runs through the same GST/ITC and duplicate-payment checks, with new investigations added as we build them. The findings are yours; the engine that produces them stays ours.

Findings as they come in

Scanning your client book…

This is what opens once your firm has a few clients uploaded: one row each, sorted by what needs attention first.

The problem

Where the money actually goes

Neither of these shows up as a problem in any report you run. Every entry looks correct on its own, which is exactly why they go unnoticed for months.

Credit you never get back

You paid GST on a purchase, so you expect to claim it back. That only works if your supplier files their return on time. When they don't, the credit never reaches you, and most businesses find out while they are already filing.

The same bill, paid twice

Your accounts team pays a bill by bank transfer. The same bill gets paid again on UPI by someone at the site, or entered a second time with the invoice number written slightly differently. Tally records both without complaint.

What one month looked like

On a month of sample data we found ₹76,700 of credit at risk, a ₹54,000 bill paid twice, and ₹15,000 sitting unclaimed. That is roughly ₹1.4 lakh in one month, for one business. Yours will look different.

How it works underneath

Where the numbers come from

AcctQAI is not a chatbot sitting on top of your books. Findings are worked out by fixed accounting rules, the kind an auditor can re-check line by line.

The same answer every time

Run the same file twice and the report comes back identical, down to the rupee. Nothing is invented on the fly, so you can take any finding to your own records and it will hold up.

AI never touches the numbers

Every amount and every match is calculated by the software. The only thing AI does is phrase the summary paragraph, and the report still works if you switch it off.

No AI credits, no metering

We don't charge per query or per document, because the engine doesn't need AI to do its work. Vendor names and amounts are masked before anything is processed.

Three steps

How it works

Three steps from raw data to a decision you can act on.

1

Upload your files

Export from Tally the way you normally do and upload the file. It takes about two minutes. There is nothing to install and your books are never written to.

2

Every entry gets checked

Not a sample, not the top fifty vendors. This is the part that would take an article assistant the better half of two days.

3

You get a short report

What is wrong, how much money is involved, and what to do next. Each finding lists the invoices behind it, so you can check any of it against your own records before you act.

Why not just Tally and Excel?

Because spreadsheets don't tell you what you missed.

Without AcctQAI

  • Export reports, rebuild the same pivots every month
  • Eyeball ledgers for anything unusual
  • Find the GST mismatch after the credit is reversed
  • Hope nobody paid an invoice twice
  • Spend the close prepping summaries by hand

With AcctQAI

  • Upload once, get a prioritised report back in minutes
  • Risks, anomalies and opportunities flagged automatically
  • Catch blocked ITC before it's reversed
  • Duplicate payments flagged with both vouchers
  • The executive summary is written for you

The ROI: turn hours of month-end investigation into minutes, and catch the risks that cost real money before they hit your working capital.

Privacy by design

Your numbers never leave your control

Vendor names, customer names, invoice references and amounts are masked before any processing begins. The checks run on the protected version, so no AI model ever receives your real business information. Your data stays in India and is deleted after 90 days.

  • Encrypted before processing

Sensitive fields are protected the moment your file is read.

  • Never exposed to AI

Models only ever work on masked values, never your real data.

  • Read-only, always

AcctQAI analyses your books; it never modifies them.

Names, references and amounts are encrypted & masked before any analysis runs, and are never exposed to any AI model.

One investigation. Complete financial visibility.

Instead of searching through reports, you receive a single prioritised investigation report.

GST & ITC

Checks every purchase in your books against GSTR-2B and flags credit that is blocked, unclaimed, or marked ineligible.

Duplicate Payments

Finds the same bill paid twice and shows you both vouchers side by side.

Vendor ITC Scorecard

Shows which suppliers keep putting your input tax credit at risk, month after month.

Month-End Close

Compares every account against the previous period and explains what moved.

Executive Summary

A one-page brief of the month you can hand to a partner or a client without rewriting it.

Every finding answers five questions

No vague alerts. No black box. Just clear, verifiable findings.

What changed?

Why?

How much money?

What should I do?

Can I verify it?

Before closing your books…

Can you confidently answer these questions?

Is any of my input tax credit blocked?
Which vendors haven't filed their GSTR-1?
Did we pay any invoice twice?
Is there ITC in GSTR-2B we never booked?
What changed vs last month, and why?
What should management know?

If not, run an AcctQAI investigation.

Need more detail? Just ask.

Every finding can be explored further in plain English: no SQL, no report building. The query engine becomes your drill-down tool, not another dashboard to learn.

  • Why did expenses increase this month?
  • Show the invoices behind this finding.
  • Which vendors contributed to this issue?
  • Explain this recommendation in detail.
Which vendors contributed to the ITC risk?
AQ
Three vendors account for the ₹1,24,500 at risk: Agarwal Stationery (₹12,780), Sindhwani Rubber (₹16,920) and Bright Tools (₹94,300). All three have unfiled GSTR-1 for May.
